The upcoming season of a popular Netflix real estate reality series will feature a refreshed roster. While several familiar agents from The Oppenheim Group’s Orange County office are set to return, the new installment will also introduce three new professionals to the competitive mix.
The returning cast includes figures like Jason Oppenheim, Polly Brindle, and Alex Hall. In promotional comments, Oppenheim has touted this season as featuring the most intense drama and most impressive property listings the series has ever captured.
Stepping into the spotlight are newcomers Ashtyn Zerboni, Fiona Belle, and Kaylee Ricciardi. Zerboni joins the brokerage as a luxury agent with a background that extends beyond real estate into modeling and acting, and she holds a degree in biology. Notably, she filmed while pregnant.
Fiona Belle represents a younger generation in the industry, having launched her real estate career at the age of 21 after graduating with honors from university. She has expressed confidence that her age is not a barrier to success.
Kaylee Ricciardi brings over a decade of experience, with a particular specialty in the luxury festival rental markets of Coachella and Stagecoach. A university graduate with a focus on psychology and neuroscience, her client network and work have previously garnered attention in major fashion and business publications.
The series, which chronicles the professional and personal dynamics of high-end real estate agents, is produced by Adam DiVello. He has noted that significant changes in the agents’ lives since the last season have paved the way for these new faces to enter the fray. The new season is now available for streaming.
