A celebrated actress turned heads not just with her fashion, but with her four-legged companion at a recent New York City film premiere. The star walked the red carpet for her new movie, “The Friend,” alongside her canine co-star, a Great Dane named Bing.

In a charming display of coordination, the actress’s elegant white gown, adorned with black detailing, complemented the dog’s own markings. She was seen offering the well-behaved animal treats as they posed together.

Reflecting on the experience of working with an animal actor, she shared that the dog consistently exceeded expectations. “He brought something special every single day and surprised us throughout the entire process,” she remarked, challenging the old adage about working with animals. “He delivered everything the script asked for and so much more.”

In the film, her character, a writer named Iris, forms a profound bond with a dog inherited from a late mentor, finding unexpected love and emotional support in the pet.

The premiere was a family affair, with the actress accompanied by her husband and her 16-year-old daughter. The teenager, who recently made her modeling debut at a major fashion week, chose a stylish polka-dot ensemble for the evening.

The film also stars veteran actor Bill Murray and explores themes of connection and healing.
