Federal prosecutors presented new evidence this week in the ongoing criminal trial of music executive Sean Combs, detailing a range of items seized during a 2024 raid of his Miami residence.
During proceedings in a Manhattan federal court, jurors were shown photographs and heard testimony regarding materials confiscated from the Star Island property. According to a Homeland Security Investigations agent who led the operation, the seized items included multiple firearms, described as loaded assault rifles and handguns.
The visual evidence submitted to the court also depicted various personal effects. These included numerous bottles of lubricants and baby oil, alongside footwear such as high heels and designer boots. Additional personal items photographed at the scene comprised intimate apparel, restraints including rope and handcuffs, and sexual wellness products.
A significant portion of the evidence focused on alleged controlled substances. Prosecutors displayed images of what were identified as marijuana, magic mushroom capsules, and unmarked pills. A designer handbag presented in court was said to contain a white powdery residue that tested positive for ketamine and cocaine. Within that bag, agents reported finding smaller bags containing a substance labeled as cocaine, as well as tablets suspected to be MDMA.
Further items catalogued by investigators included mobile phones and packets of an imported dietary supplement marketed for sexual performance.
The evidence was presented as part of a broader trafficking and racketeering case against Combs. The defense’s cross-examination of the federal agent appeared to question the relevance of legal firearm ownership, suggesting the weapons found were lawfully possessed. The trial continues.
