FORMER ROYAL DEMANDS MASSIVE PAYOUT TO VACATE WINDSOR RESIDENCE

A senior member of the British Royal Family, recently removed from his official duties, is reportedly refusing to leave his long-term Windsor home without a substantial financial settlement. Sources indicate the figure being requested is close to $100 million.

The individual, who lost his royal titles following a major scandal, has been instructed to relocate to a property on a different royal estate. However, negotiations have stalled as he is said to be making significant demands for his new accommodations. These are reported to include a very large house with multiple bedrooms and a full, permanent domestic staff to replicate his current lifestyle, in addition to continued security provisions.

Insiders describe the situation as a protracted stalemate, with the resident effectively digging in his heels at the Windsor property. This impasse is creating a logistical and financial headache for the monarchy, which is in a period of transition and streamlining.

Despite the very public fall from grace, those close to the situation claim little has changed within the walls of the Windsor home. The former royal is allegedly insisting that household staff continue to use his former title, maintaining the protocols of a bygone era. Associates have described him as existing in a state of denial, largely detached from his changed circumstances and immersed in a quiet, routine life.

The individual has shared the home with his former spouse since the late 2000s. Their two adult daughters are also associated with the residence. He originally took on the lease for the property over two decades ago.
