FEDERAL PROSECUTORS PRESENT EVIDENCE FROM RAIDS ON MUSIC MOGUL’S ESTATES

Federal prosecutors have presented jurors with a detailed inventory of items seized during law enforcement raids on two properties belonging to a prominent music industry figure last year.

The evidence, submitted in a Manhattan federal court this week, stems from searches executed in March 2024 at the entertainer’s residences in Los Angeles and Miami. The raids are connected to an ongoing federal trial concerning allegations of trafficking and racketeering.

A Homeland Security Investigations agent, who led the operation at the Florida estate, testified that agents confiscated multiple loaded firearms, including assault rifles and handguns. Photographic evidence presented to the court also depicted an array of other items removed from the Miami mansion.

Among the seized materials were numerous bottles of personal lubricants and baby oil, alongside various sexual paraphernalia, including bondage equipment. Investigators also documented the discovery of designer footwear, lingerie, and several cellphones concealed inside high-end boots.

A significant portion of the evidence pertained to controlled substances. Prosecutors displayed photos showing what appeared to be marijuana, magic mushroom capsules, and unmarked pills. A designer handbag presented in court was said to contain residues of ketamine and cocaine, along with packaged MDMA tablets.

Additionally, agents reported finding packets of an international supplement marketed for sexual performance. The defense, during cross-examination, questioned the lead agent about his personal firearm ownership, seemingly to contextualize the presence of weapons in a private home.

The presentation of this physical evidence marks a new phase in the high-profile legal proceedings against the entertainment executive.
