BUSINESSMAN VOWS LEGAL FIGHT TO BLOCK EX-SPOUSE’S FINANCIAL CLAIMS

A prominent international businessman has publicly declared his intention to use all legal means to prevent his former wife from accessing the fortune he amassed over four decades. The declaration comes amid an ongoing appeal of a court decision that upheld the couple’s prenuptial agreement.

The businessman, currently residing in Dubai following recent immigration proceedings, stated he has no wish for his ex-partner or her family to benefit from his life’s work, which he says was built over 43 years of professional endeavor and community investment. He emphasized that his primary concern is protecting the legacy he intends for his own children.

The dispute centers on the validity and enforcement of a premarital contract. The ex-husband alleges the agreement was entered into under misleading circumstances and that the subsequent divorce filing was part of a “calculated and elaborate scheme.” He contends the actions were designed to trigger specific financial clauses in the contract, thereby damaging his business interests and reputation.

His former wife, a well-known television personality, has previously expressed a positive view of their time together, describing the relationship as a stabilizing force after past difficulties. She has stated she sought legal counsel regarding her then-husband’s complex immigration status prior to the separation. Sources close to her indicate she has since moved on and wishes him well.

A recent court ruling favored the ex-wife’s position to uphold the prenuptial agreement. However, the businessman’s legal team is challenging that decision, arguing the contract obligates him to significant financial payouts and property equity. He asserts he will continue to contest its validity through every available legal channel for as long as enforcement is sought.

Regarding his changed immigration status, the businessman expressed no personal bitterness toward the political figures or policies involved. He framed the situation as an administrative matter, comparing it to executive decision-making in corporate leadership, and expressed a hope to engage in future discussions on immigration policy.
