A prominent businessman is escalating a legal dispute with his former spouse, declaring he will use all available means to prevent her from accessing the fortune he amassed over four decades. The conflict centers on a prenuptial agreement whose validity he is now challenging in court.
The individual, recently deported from the United States and now residing abroad, stated unequivocally that he has no intention of allowing his ex-wife or her family to benefit from his life’s work. He characterized the divorce proceedings, initiated by her last year, as a “calculated scheme” filled with dishonesty, allegedly orchestrated to damage his reputation and business interests.
He contends the marital separation was pursued under false pretenses to activate favorable financial terms for her within their premarital contract. Furthermore, he alleges the entire situation was engineered to generate a dramatic narrative for a potential return to a popular reality television franchise.
In contrast, his former wife has publicly expressed satisfaction with a recent court decision that upheld the agreement. She has described their past relationship in positive terms, referring to him as a source of stability, but has acknowledged confronting him about serious legal complications regarding his immigration status prior to the split. She stated that after he disregarded her warnings, she sought legal counsel to address the complex situation.
The businessman plans to appeal the court’s ruling, arguing he was misled during the negotiation of the contract. His legal representatives assert the document, if enforced, would require significant financial transfers to his ex-wife, including a share of equity in a valuable property he owned prior to the marriage.
Despite his removal from the country, which occurred after he was detained for months, the businessman expressed no personal bitterness toward the political figures associated with the deportation action. He instead framed the immigration challenges as administrative issues, comparing them to corporate hurdles, and expressed a desire to engage in policy discussions in the future.
A source close to the former wife indicated she has moved forward and wishes him well. The legal battle over the enforcement of the prenuptial agreement, however, appears far from concluded.
