COMMUNICATIONS CHIEF FOR HARRY AND MEGHAN EXITS AFTER BRIEF TENURE

by Hannah Southwick

A senior communications official working for Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, has departed her position after a short period in the role. The executive, who joined the couple’s team earlier this year from a major streaming service, has now stepped down.

A spokesperson for the couple acknowledged the departure, stating the individual was brought on to manage specific, time-bound projects related to media productions, which have now concluded successfully. The exit appears to be amicable and was initiated by the employee.

This change is the latest in a series of staff movements within the couple’s organization since they established their independent office in the United States. Over the past several years, a number of personnel, including other communications staff, have moved on from their posts. Observers of the royal family often cite these frequent changes as a point of discussion regarding the operational dynamics of the Sussexes’ ventures.

Separately, the Duchess recently launched a lifestyle brand, which saw its initial products quickly sell out. The launch was accompanied by a public discussion about the challenges of entrepreneurship. In a recent podcast appearance, Meghan reflected on the experience, expressing pride in her work and emphasizing the personal commitment required to build a new business, despite navigating public criticism.
