The woman explained that her ex, with whom she shares a young son, contacted her unexpectedly, pleading for help following an argument with his girlfriend. He claimed his girlfriend had left their shared residence and he feared she would call the police. Despite a strained relationship and his admitted lack of contact with their child, the woman agreed to let him stay at her home for the night, citing his role as their son’s father.
According to her narrative, she provided her address, but when he arrived, law enforcement officers were already waiting outside. She stated that he initially refused to exit the vehicle or speak to the police, expressing fear of being arrested due to a probation violation related to consuming alcohol.
