LOURDES LEON MAKES A DARING FASHION STATEMENT IN PARIS

by Audrey Rock

Lourdes Leon, the eldest daughter of a global pop icon, commanded attention at a recent Saint Laurent runway show in Paris with a bold and revealing ensemble.

The 28-year-old artist and model attended the Saint Laurent Homme Autumn 25/26 presentation wearing a sheer black catsuit. The look, which featured minimal coverage underneath, was paired with an oversized leather trench coat draped over her shoulders. She accessorized with gold jewelry and classic black stilettos, her long dark hair worn straight.

The outfit recalled a similar sheer look worn by another musician at a previous Saint Laurent event, though Leon’s interpretation presented a more unveiled aesthetic.

Known for her independent career path and distinct personal style, Leon has frequently made headlines with her fashion choices. Earlier appearances, such as at a Marc Jacobs show in New York, have also featured form-fitting and detailed designs, consistently completed with dramatic hair and makeup.

In past interviews, Leon has reflected on navigating public perception, noting the importance of being recognized for her work beyond her appearance. She has also spoken about her financial independence from her famous family, viewing self-reliance as crucial to maintaining creative control.

Despite her autonomous career, she maintains a close relationship with her mother, who has publicly celebrated her daughter’s milestones and artistic endeavors.
