According to local accounts, the husband is often seen out in the area, frequenting local cafes, cycling on nearby paths, and engaging readily with those he meets. His manner is reported as consistently charming and approachable.
His wife, however, is perceived quite differently. Neighbors describe her as distant and largely invisible within the community fabric. It is said she maintains a highly controlled and private image, a stance that reportedly led her to decline a welcome gift from a local historian shortly after their arrival. The gesture, meant as a neighborhood introduction, was not accepted.
This reserved approach is highlighted as a contrast not only to her spouse’s reported affability but also to the community’s general appreciation for a more relaxed and unpretentious attitude, even among its well-known residents.
