NEW SEXUAL ASSAULT LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST SEAN COMBS

A new civil lawsuit has been filed against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, accusing him of a 2001 sexual assault. The complaint, filed in New York, represents the latest in a series of serious allegations against the embattled figure.

The plaintiff, identified in court documents as Jane Doe, states she met Combs in the spring of 2001 and socialized with him on several occasions. According to the filing, an assault occurred in July of that year after an evening out, when Combs allegedly brought the woman to his apartment.

The lawsuit contains graphic details of the alleged incident, claiming the woman was forcibly restrained and threatened. A specific physical description of the accused is included in the complaint, which the plaintiff states initially led her to believe the ensuing assault would be less physically injurious. Despite her repeated verbal protests and lack of consent, the suit alleges the assault was completed.

Following the alleged attack, the plaintiff claims she immediately fled the apartment with the assistance of Combs’s staff. The legal filing states she subsequently ceased contact with Combs and sought psychological treatment for lasting trauma. She is now seeking monetary damages for the alleged physical and emotional injuries.

This civil case emerges as Combs faces separate, ongoing federal criminal proceedings related to charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. His legal team has consistently denied all allegations of sexual misconduct. In a previous statement, his attorneys asserted his innocence, characterizing the numerous lawsuits as baseless and expressing confidence he will be vindicated through the judicial process.

The new lawsuit further complicates the legal landscape for Combs, who remains at the center of multiple concurrent civil and criminal cases.
