PARIS HILTON ADDRESSES LONGSTANDING RUMORS OF ASSOCIATION WITH EPSTEIN-MAXWELL CASE

by Nicki Gostin

In a recent interview, public figure Paris Hilton has directly responded to persistent speculation linking her to the activities of the late financier Jeffrey Epstein and his associate, Ghislaine Maxwell. For years, rumors have circulated suggesting Maxwell attempted to recruit Hilton into their circle.

Hilton firmly denied these claims, stating she has no recollection of ever encountering Maxwell. She attributed the spread of such stories to the notoriety of her family name, suggesting it made her a frequent subject for sensationalized headlines. “My name has often been used for clickbait,” she remarked, dismissing the alleged connection as baseless.

The conversation also touched upon Hilton’s well-documented past legal issues, including a 2007 sentence for a driving violation and a 2010 drug possession charge. She framed these incidents as part of a challenging period of youth lived under intense public scrutiny.

Reflecting on the media frenzy that has often surrounded her, Hilton revealed that paparazzi tactics during the peak of her fame were particularly aggressive. She claimed photographers would hire impersonators who mimicked her style, voice, and even her pet dog to stage deceptive photographs.

A significant portion of the discussion focused on the 2004 release of a private video featuring Hilton, which was distributed without her consent by a former partner when she was 19 years old. She described the experience as deeply painful and humiliating, characterizing the act as exploitative and misogynistic. Hilton expressed a belief that public perception of the event has shifted, with a growing recognition that she was a young woman taken advantage of by an older man, and that such a distribution would likely be considered illegal under today’s standards. She noted that this evolving understanding has been a source of personal healing.
