A public figure has issued a heartfelt public message of support for her close friend and podcast partner, who is currently undergoing treatment for stage four cancer that originated as melanoma.
In a recent social media post, the television personality shared a clip of her friend’s interview and accompanied it with a deeply personal note. “I love you my friend and you are going to beat this,” she wrote. “I can’t do life without you… you’re the other T to our Pod.” This follows previous expressions of support, where she referred to her friend as “the little sister I never had” and asked followers to join in sending healing energy.
The friend, a wellness coach and media personality, detailed her three-year health struggle in the interview. After undergoing 16 surgeries for melanoma, she received the devastating news that the cancer had metastasized to her brain and later to her lungs. Recent scans have indicated additional tumors.
Despite the aggressive diagnosis, she has spoken about focusing on her well-being, learning to listen to her body, and accepting that it is “okay” to be tired. Her family remains a central concern, particularly her young children. “I don’t think you understand the debilitating pain I feel some days thinking about the fact that — my kids — that is extremely frightening,” she said during the emotional interview.
She also provided an update on her personal life, noting that divorce proceedings with her estranged husband have been put on hold to avoid additional stress. “We’re good parents together,” she stated, emphasizing that his friendship is her primary need during this time.
In a separate interview, the coach acknowledged the gravity of her situation, admitting to being “really scared” and estimating her chances of survival as “50/50.” She highlighted the loss of control as one of the most challenging aspects of her battle.
The public display of solidarity underscores the profound bond between the two women as they navigate this difficult chapter.
