For a star who came of age on television, one of the most meaningful rewards has been watching a second generation form its own unbreakable bonds. The children of longtime castmates have grown up together, forging a friendship that feels uniquely special to witness.

“They’re all the closest of friends,” she shares. “There’s something incredibly meaningful about seeing them experience life side-by-side.”

After a decade and a half on air, there is also profound gratitude for the audience that has followed the journey from youthful escapades to the responsibilities of parenthood. “That support over 15 years has been everything,” she notes. “We truly wouldn’t be here without them.”

The filming experience today stands in stark contrast to the earlier, more insulated years of the series. The current format embraces a wider view, encompassing family life and professional ventures alike. “It covers every part of our world now,” she explains, adding that her castmates are involved in all her projects, from business to creative pursuits.

Navigating public and private life requires careful balance. “I’m very deliberate about what I share,” she admits. “I aim for authenticity while keeping the most intimate family moments just for us.”

Motherhood has been a transformative force, imparting a powerful lesson in presence. Her two children, she says, have taught her to savor the fleeting nature of time. “They’ve grown up in a blink. I’m really focused on appreciating every single stage,” she expresses. Should they ever wish to pursue a career on screen, she would be supportive, provided it was their own genuine desire. “I just want them to chase their own dreams,” she states.

Her personal style has evolved significantly since becoming a parent, moving toward a more refined and intentional wardrobe. Comfort, however, remains a non-negotiable priority. “The pieces have to feel good,” she emphasizes. This philosophy is central to her recent fashion collaboration, which she describes as a natural partnership with a brand she has long appreciated for its accessibility.

“I wanted to create a line that felt genuine to my life—cozy, confident, and centered around family,” she says. The project became a family affair, with her children joining her on set and offering their input on the designs. “Having them there made it unforgettable. They picked pieces that totally matched their personalities.”

When life gets busy, her fashion strategy relies on simplicity. “My absolute staples are matching sets or a great coat,” she reveals. “It takes all the guesswork out of getting ready.”

Between filming, family, and design work, her ideal downtime is refreshingly straightforward: spending time with her children and fiancé, fitting in a workout, or enjoying a favorite film.
